Shipping & returns

Shipping estimators are provided by USPS (United States Postal Service). We do NOT mark-up on freight. If you feel the quoted rate is too high, please email us and we’ll try to do something to earn your Business! We also do NOT believe in adding HANDLING charges to our customers.

You give us the business and it’s our duty to prepare and handle the packaging.


We use USPS/UPS/ FEDEX/DHL to ship within the U.S. and require a street address to do so. Shipping charges are automaticaly calculated if USPS option is chosen.

BUYERS OUTSIDE U.S.A.– We also ship worldwide. Please email us with the destination information for an estimated shipping charge. Different shipping options and rates are available for International customers as each country has its own duty, custom and import regulation. Please email for an exact quote.

RETURN & Exchange Policy

All products are carefully inspected before we ship them out. In the rare event that the products arrive damaged, please notify us and the carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS) immediately ( Within 48 hours ). Upon inspection and approval by the carriers and us, we will gladly replace the items.

Returns must be in a new unused condition with all original parts intact. Restocking fee of 20% and the original cost of shipping will be deducted from return if item is returned simply because customers changed their minds . The cost of shipping the return is the responsibility of the purchaser.
